Seven
Life Path 7s are introspective, self-reliant, just-plain ‘different’ people who are difficult to get to know. They will have a unique approach to things and an ability to come up with the kind of solutions no one else has thought of, but they operate on a different wavelength than everybody else. Life path 7s can be very spiritual people, or with an interest in the occult. Life path 7s can be loners or virtual recluses. Aside from their ‘differentness’ life path 7s downside is not being too adaptable. They have their own way of doing things, and are not interested in others’ approaches. Because the 7 is so different, they can have difficulty understanding the advantages of other numbers’ ways of doing things.
Eight
Life Path 8s are materially successful, ambitious, self-confident world-beaters who aim to be at the top of whatever field of endeavor they aim for, whether it’s the business world, government, religion, or sports. They are efficient, energetic, dependable people with executive ability and are good judges of character. They are realistic and practical people who don’t deceive themselves with daydreams or fantasies, because those won’t get them where they want to go. The downside of life path 8s is a tendency to rigidity and stubbornness. Because they are so goal-oriented and realistic, they have difficulty understanding other numbers’ approaches to situations and what could be good about those ways of doing things.
Nine
Life Path 9s are idealistic, sensitive, and humanitarian types, who exhibit an interest in others, and are sympathetic, tolerant, broad-minded individuals. Like 3s and 6s they have creative ability and often a great deal of imagination to go along with their creative talent. They can be romantic people who love with depth and passion, but can be hurt by those who don’t respond in kind. The downside of life path 9s is their life path dictates that they give of themselves, their love, help or understanding without expectation of receiving anything in return, and indeed they often don’t receive anything in return; they have to find their pleasure in giving.

Very informative and helpful. I had known about the lifepath numbers, but I did not know if I was a 2 or an 11, because I didn’t know if there was a correct or better way of adding up the numbers. Thanks for clearing this aspect up! I’m happy to be an 11. 🙂
Yeah, that double-checking the math is an often-overlooked and important detail in numerology. As great a numerologist as the late Matthew Goodwin was, he never mentioned it that I can recall, and I’ve found it can make a difference.
