THE FIVE MAIN BODY TYPES


Bony—Tends to be tall and thin, with square shoulders. The ‘skin-and-bone’ type. The chief character trait of this type is, they’re reliable.
Digestive—Tends to be plump, on the short side, and with no easily-discernable waistline. The chief character trait of this type is, they’re prosperous.
Circulatory—Tends to be rosy-complexioned, with a good pair of lungs and a very sound circulatory system. Height-wise, they’re on the medium side. Their chief character trait is, they’re enthusiastic.
Muscular—This type physically is well-muscled, squarely-built, with broad shoulders, oval faces, and of average height. The chief character trait of this type is, they’re athletic, on-the-go sort of people.
Brainy—This type physically is of slight-build and a small physique. Their head often seems unusually large in proportion to the rest of them, and the face tapers down to a pointed chin. Their hands tend to be long, narrow and thin, fine-skinned, sensitive –looking and with rather pointed fingers. Their brain and nervous system tend to be the strongest parts of the body. The chief character trait of this type is, they’re imaginative.
