THE USEFULNESS OF MOLE & BIRTHMARK READING

If you enjoy people-watching, being able to decipher personality traits and possible destinies on bodies can add depth to the experience. It can also serve as an early-warning system. Say you’re on a beach and you see someone with a mole on the back of their neck, another near their left-eyebrow, and a third mole on the in-step of their right foot. Within a minute, you can tell if they’re anybody you want to get to know or steer clear of.

It’s more-likely the latter option; the mole on the back of the neck and the mole near the left-eyebrow say this person is argumentative, with an irascible disposition. The mole on the instep further indicates they’re convinced they’re right, whatever the issue is. And sure enough, later you see this person start an argument with someone leaving the beach, because the miscreant got sand on Mister Three-Ill-Omened-Moles while departing. Being able to do on-the-spot character-trait reading via moles/birthmarks divination can be a helpful skill, because it can clue you in about how to approach the person. Or not.

If you’re at a party and you see someone with a mole or birthmark somewhere in the middle of the forehead, they might be someone whose acquaintance you’d like to make, because they’re likely going places. If you’re a young, marriage-and-children-minded person, being able to analyze moles or birthmarks can indicate if a certain person is a good candidate for a faithful, happy marriage or a source of potential heartache and disappointment. If you see someone on a beach or at a pool, along with their birthmarks, and it later turns out you have to work with this person as a team-member on a project at work, you can know if they’re going to be a good addition to the team, or a pain to have to deal with. Being able to read even one or two character traits in a person before they open their mouth can give you an edge in knowing how to deal with them.

This is another one of those divination techniques which, if you have the Maculomancy Guide more or less committed to memory, could possibly serve as a neat party-trick and a good ice-breaker. People enjoy hearing about themselves, and will certainly think better of you if you can tell them that a certain mole means they’re destined for prosperity.
