Lane, who first mentioned it in his 1842 book, “An Account of the Manner and Customs of the Modern Egyptians.” According to Lane, “the framer of the table, knowing that men very frequently wish to do what is wrong, and seldom to do what is right, and that it is generally safer for them to abstain when in doubt, has given but one affirmative answer, and four negative.” For the sake of convenience, the five answers are: “Who does it will do wrong” (you would be committing a deliberate wrong to pursue this action), “Wait and attain your wish” (you don’t have to do anything to get what you want; it will come to you, just be patient), “Who waiteth, succeedeth” (good things come to those who wait), “Abstain and enjoy peace” (this action will bring you trouble if you pursue it), and the one positive answer, “Do it without fear of ill” (go for it).

If the Action Magic Square has one hundred letters and only five answers possible, then it stands to reason the Love Magic Square and the Success/Fortune Magic Square, with 256 letters each, will probably both have only about twelve to thirteen answers each. Therefore, you are encouraged, when formulating your questions to these two squares, to keep your questions general, for the answers will be fairly general as well.
