Note: for those using the dice in order to obtain their answer, note that some of the higher numbers thrown can apply to two different letters. You may have to choose between meanings. This divination tool can be used for answering specific questions, such as ‘what will be the outcome of a project I am working on?’ or ‘what will this partnership bring me?’ It can also be used for simple past-present-future spreads. But I like using it for the simple straightforward question ‘what is ahead for me this coming week?’
EXERCISES:
- Ask the oracle, ‘what is just ahead for me this coming week?’ Note the answer and return to it a week from now. Do you see how the answer you received applied to the past week? Or did it miss?
- Ask the oracle, ‘what is just ahead for (fill in the blank with the person of your choice) in the next day/week/month/next quarter?’ Note the answer, then re-visit your notes at the end of the time period(s) you specified in your question. Within the time frame specified, were you able to observe how the oracle played itself out? If you did a reading for each time period for this person, did the length of time covered seem to make a difference in how the oracle manifested itself?
- Think of an issue you are concerned about. This can be a personal matter or a contemporary issue in society. Do a past-present-future layout for this subject and note the responses given. Based on what you know about this subject, how on-target is the Greek alphabet oracle about the past and present of this matter? Revisit your past-present-future reading notes a month or quarter-of-a-year from now. Does the passage of time make a difference in how the reading played itself out? Did the ‘future’ letter actually happen?
