Some of the numbers have more than one meaning. You may find in some instances, only one of those meanings will apply to your life. Other times, all of the meanings of that number will occur. You will have to use your powers of observation, discernment, and even intuition to determine how that number applies to your life in that time period. In my experience, the numbers 21 and up are very rare, and you may never throw them.

Dice throwing is one of my favorite and regular methods of divining, and for all its limitations, it’s fairly accurate. It’s good for short-term, ‘what’s going to happen in the near future’ sort of questions. Simple answers to the simple question: what can I expect to happen in my life the next week, week-and-a-half? And many people keep dice around, so it’s convenient too. Make dice divination a regular part of your life.

EXERCISES:

  1. Throw the dice, asking, ‘what is the most significant thing which will happen in my life the coming week. Note the answer. Return to your notes a week later. Did it happen? How fast did it happen? Did you find you really had to stretch to find the event it was referring to? Could you not find what event it was referring to, even if you used a magnifying glass or a microscope? Do this exercise once a week for a month. How was the overall accuracy of the dice; did the dice miss by a country-mile, or were they right on-target?
  2. Throw the dice, only asking what’s the most important thing which is going to happen in the week ahead for a family member, someone you know, or someone prominent. Note the answer. Return to your notes a week later. Did the dice forecast actually happen to them, as far as you can tell? Was the dices’ prediction something which might have happened, but you can’t really verify it? If you dare, share the results of this throw with them. Could they confirm or deny it happened?
  3. Throw the dice, asking ‘what is the most important thing which will happen to me in the next week?’ Throw the dice a second time, asking ‘what is the next most important thing I need to know for my life the coming week?’ Throw the dice a third time, asking ‘what is the third most important thing I need to know for my life the coming week?’ Write down the number you throw for each question. If you could string these three answers together in one over-all message, what would it be? Return to these notes a week later. Did all three answers play a part in the events of your week just-past? Did only one or two of them apply? Did they all refer to the same event/situation, or to three separate things which happened? Do this exercise for one month. Was it more or less accurate, or no different, than throwing just once a week?
