
Exercises Three and Four: the People Test
Here, instead of sensing the energies of inanimate objects or places, we’re going to sense the energies of living beings.
Exercise Three
For this exercise, you’ll need the PDF below and a list of four or five people you know. Pick one and focus your thoughts on that person, noting the sensations in your abdominal antenna, your psychic feeling center. What does their energy feel like — vigorous or sluggish? Active or still? What does their fundamental emotional state feel like? Try sensing more. Can you sense what their priorities are right now? What are they doing on the inside? What is the predominant feeling in your gut when you think of them? If possible, get in touch with them afterward and suss-out how they’re feeling. How accurate were you?
Exercise Four
Print out another copy of the People Reading Observations Sheet. This exercise requires you to be in a public place, such as a train station, airport lounge, bus stop, medical facility waiting room, a public library, or the like, someplace where people are present and stationary. Pick one person—unobtrusively of course—and open-up your midsection antenna. You don’t have to look at them, just feel. What do you sense about their fundamental energy level? Sluggish or vigorous? What do you sense about their fundamental emotional state? Is there anything else your psychic feeling receptor area is picking up on this person? Any personality traits? Pick another person and go through the same process with that person.
Exercises three and four will be teaching you how to sense people’s aura with your feeling psychic facility, and to do so on-command. Even if you never physically ‘see’ their aura, you’ll rarely be fooled by anyone’s words or behavior. You’ll just know.
