TIPS FOR ACCESSING YOUR PSYCHIC FEELING RECEIVING AREA

Before getting into the exercises designed to make you more aware of your psychic feeling ability and to strengthen it, here’s a few tips for making that happen:

  • Learn to ask yourself what you are feeling there, and do not accept ‘nothing’ as an answer.
  • If you feel ‘nothing’, what kind of ‘nothing’ is it? Is it nothing, as in ‘nothing different’? Is it nothing, as in ‘there’s a void or vacuum here’? Is it nothing, as in ‘something is missing, or being hidden’? Is it nothing, as in ‘I don’t sense any intelligence here’? Learn to clarify what the nothing is, as sometimes the nothing can convey a good deal of information.
  • If what you feel comes to you as ‘feeling good’ or ‘feeling bad’, what kind of good or bad is it? Where is the feeling coming from? Is it a permanent good or bad, or only temporary? Continue trying to define ‘good’ or ‘bad’ until you can define more precisely what you are feeling.
  • In the early stages of psychic feeling, when first getting in touch with the sensation and strengthening it by the following exercises, keep your eyes closed. Buy a sleep mask from a drug store and use it, if that will help. It’s entirely possible to psychically feel with your eyes open, and many do it that way, but when you’re starting out, you want to cut down on distractions.
