The strong personality of this deck which came though the reading matches the initial ‘vibe’ I got from the deck in the days after I purchased it. The baffling first answer I received from this deck, Roz, the Beauty, is very much in the character of this deck. Like Helaena Targaryen, there is a reasoning behind its answers, even if that reasoning isn’t immediately apparent.
I have wondered, since this lay-out is so effective at delineating the personality of a divinatory deck, could this same lay-out be used on people? I don’t know; I’ve never tried it. You’re free to try. But this ‘Getting-to-Know-You’ spread is an effective way of connecting with the guiding spirit of the deck, and lets it know you’re sincerely interested in working more effectively with it. It will also help you better determine which deck to use for differing sorts of questions.
